Jillian Winters and Elizabeth Rosman Miller will be teaching a workshop titled Cultivating Self-Compassion on Friday April 28th from 7-8:30pm at Yogaleena Yoga Studio as part of Houston’s Compassion Week. We will be offering a brief introduction to practices that cultivate self-compassion. If you are interested in learning more about how self-compassion could play a role in your life, please join us for this mind-body workshop. We will be answering the question, “What is Self-Compassion and how can we cultivate it in our own lives?”
The cost of the workshop is $20 per person and we will be donating a portion of the proceeds to Center For Creative Resources. Center For Creative Resources is a non-profit organization located in the heart of Houston. The Center for Creative Resources has served the mental health needs of Houstonians since 1968. CCR provides individual, couples, group, and family therapy, and consults with local schools, businesses, agencies, and non-profit organizations. To learn more about Center for Creative Resources please visit CCR’s Website or find us on Facebook.
We want to send a huge THANK YOU to Yogaleena Yoga Studio for partnering with us and for allowing us to use their yoga studio for this special event. To register for this workshop, please visit Yogaleena’s Website.
