I am a member of The Society for Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis and was lucky enough to be able to attend and present at the 70th Annual Workshops & Scientific Program in New Orleans this month. My presentation was a review of the literature regarding the use of hypnosis for pain management during labor and delivery. As you may know, I oftentimes utilize clinical hypnosis with clients to help them prepare for labor and delivery.
If you are pregnant, trying to conceive or in the postpartum period, hypnosis may be a helpful tool for you to use. If you are interested in learning more about it, please feel free to contact me.
“The Society for Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis (SCEH) is an international association whose mission is to promote excellence and progress in hypnosis research, education, and clinical practice.
