I believe that authenticity, trust and open communication are the basis of a healthy therapeutic relationship. Whether I am working with children, adults, couples or families, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive and caring environment for my clients that is based on mutual respect. I believe each client is unique and has individual strengths. I want to honor each client’s experiences and join them on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves. I believe that with the right support and tools, our bodies and minds are capable of healing. I value a holistic, mind-body approach to natural healing. I merge ancient wisdom traditions and practices with modern neuroscience to help you achieve and experience transformation. I often utilize Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living, Hypnosis and Acceptance Commitment Therapy techniques during session.
